Reason for 4 and not 5 stars is due to delay in delivery without any communication explaining why. I had to ring the store and ask why I hadn't received any dispatch notice, it was explained there was a delay in the stock coming to the warehouse or something, which is fine, but I feel that an email just acknowledging the delay would have been excellent customer service rather than leaving me wondering where it was and having to ring the store. Other than that great pricing and happy with the product.

Excellent communication, my order didn’t arrive on the day stated, fault of the delivery company, I emailed the supplier and received a instant response and the matter was dealt with. The product is everything I expected it to be, packaged well and no issues. I have used this company before and will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

We were made to feel so welcome by staff, the shop assistant gave us her time to go through different travel systems with no pressure, to ensure we were fully satisfied with our purchase. With a lack of pram shops locally we travelled to Bournemouth especially to visit the Bournemouth baby centre and we were not disappointed. Would definitely recommend!

First time buying from this shop and I'm so please! They were able to offer a better price than price match with a better and bigger bundle after one simple phone call. I ordered a cot. A month later still not recieved. When I did, was not the cot I ordered and they stated the one I ordered they do not even sell. I had to waste two whole days annual leave. No apology. Very rude customer service and no acceptance that advertising a product they don’t even sell and wasting people’s time is illegal.
